I often throw in some cauliflower with it to add to the veggie content. :)Jacqhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03765601090299805903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7181014073016003072.post-51964649791607585812009-02-03T09:27:00.000-05:002009-02-03T09:27:00.000-05:00Dal is SO tasty! I love things that are sin-free LOL

As for the dhal, we have lots of ways we do dhal in this household - and we are always looking for more. Again, it is a versatile food - lentils are, I mean - and the dhal keeps nicely, even freezes, and can be thinned to make a sauce on vegetables, on noodles, etc., and have wonderful things added to make a soup, etc. So I'll bring more dhal to this Beanvegan kitchen.

Hugs, River / PatRiverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04271325047234119151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7181014073016003072.post-81255143369694767052009-02-01T22:57:00.000-05:002009-02-01T22:57:00.000-05:00yum! i love cauliflower, and i'm intrigued by dahl...yum! i love cauliflower, and i'm intrigued by dahl...i've never really made indian food on my own, but i've always wanted to!veggievixenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02445552433318699413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7181014073016003072.post-41603344083735783532009-02-01T22:52:00.000-05:002009-02-01T22:52:00.000-05:00Mmmm...love cauliflower.
